到处都是有关现在至新年这段时间正在发生什么和将会发生什么的信息，让我们别再一一重复了。你想找就能找到，不过没必要刻意去寻找，你需要的，自然会收到。让我们提出几点建议，希望能在今后几天里遵循。这些也不是新内容，但你们将看到它们有助于拓展你们的成绩。

首先，你的身体，你的细胞，正在发生一些根本性的变化；他们需要不断地补充水分。请为他们提供充足的、你所能提供的最纯净的水。加持过的水也不错。

另外，在条件允许的情况下，使自己尽可能地多放松、祈祷和冥想。也强烈建议你们尽可能多地置身于大自然之中。如果你们使用可见光，（你们几乎都是），请强化它们。神圣的母亲或我自己——麦克欧的蓝光，将有助于保持你的平静和安宁。

最后，在早晚10:10至11:11这段时间，与你们的兄弟姐妹们一齐静坐、冥想、祈祷。没有必要换算、统一在同一个时间，亲爱的心灵。记住，你们正在回到只有当下的时间。有聚到一起的意愿就行了。

我们今天的消息将是简明扼要的。现在的每一天都将会比前一天更加紧张。你们正在清除所有的残留创伤和消极信念……如果你选择。一切全在你，亲爱的朋友们。

也请放下对戏剧性事物的热衷，你们不再需要它来让自己感受活力。各种各样的事物正在由你们的潜意识涌入你们的意识。当前不要执着于它们，不要哀叹“为什么偏偏我……”。这个问题的答案是，你必须看到，并决定放弃它们，最后一次地将其释放到光里。如果你陷于其中、难以自拔，换来的只会是焦头烂额的感觉；而且你没能摆脱它们，它们将被再次触发，使明天又成为另一个难熬的日子。

把握住重心，与它们告别。这听起来好像一定很容易，但这确实是它们在此时发生的目的。你已冲向终点线，至少是你旅程的最后一站。当然，这也意味着你同时进入了起跑线。过几天我们再来谈快乐的事。

现在就展望你的未来。紧紧地将自己的意识扣在你所打造的变迁完成之后你期望成为的人之形象。不要动摇自己的目标，只是再享受一次你在脑海中耍的小游戏。

坚驻于自己的内在。日历上的几天，在你们的生命里真的只有一瞬间。欢悦。时刻保持自己的感激之情。属于你们的时候到了。在这强度不断增加的当下，感受周围的爱。这就是你们为什么来到这里。这就是你们为什么驻留在这里。

我们与你们同在。保持祥和，不要担心结果。我们很快会再次谈话。美好的一天。

对于那些真正在寻找内在变化之内部征候的人们，一个非常令人满意的确证正在发生。争议或许会改变一些只看第三维度证据的头脑，但什么也无法改变那些正在发生着变化的心灵。一旦他/她开始感觉和运用我们所谈到的能量，便不可能说服此人——那种能量不存在。父亲/母亲上帝的强大创造力是不能被否认的。不管你怎么称呼它，就是否认不了它。

在你和今年年底之间还有三层阶梯，而你现在就站在第一层的最底端。你将要攀登的比你所遇到的都更陡峭，可是由于你的渴望，它又应比以往都更容易。你现在怀着前所未有的决心，做了更多的准备，并且更加坚强。很多人都环顾四周，寻求登山伙伴的帮助，这很好。亲爱的朋友们，携手共同完成。这一路走到今天，你们在任何情况下，都不曾单独过。

如果你至今还未能感受到我们所说的这些，今后的五天对于你来说，便是一个让你和我们心心相连的完美时机。 “但是，我怎么会知道呢？”你说。当爱的洪水涌入你的生命，你会知道，你会知道的。敞开你的心扉，让自己去接受它。这就足够啦。你没有，从来没有，孤独。

接受造物主的爱并寻求帮助。然后耐心地守候，去做似乎需要做的。你需要学会信任你自己和我们之间的合作关系。

你现在到了马拉松的最后一段，棒球的第九局，今年的第四季度。。随你怎么比喻。尽管你已领先，现在仍须坚韧不拔，加倍努力，以完成扬升大业。综合所有因素，或许这扬升之旅应该被形容为马拉松。这个旅程，是如此的漫长，又是如此的获益，只要走完全程，你就永远地属于一个特殊行列——强中强，智中智。再吸一口气，再向前迈一步。记住曾告诉你的话，临近终点的时刻，可能像是很糟糕。现在是你决定自己是否真的有信仰的时候了，不是对你宗教的信仰，而是对你自己。

.

反反复复，我们总是回到这个。你一次次地来到这里，以寻觅和雕琢那个宝石——你自己。你已经找到了，别在这个节骨眼摔碎它。生活只需维持必要的生存，是的，但要将那颗千辛万苦觅到的、璀璨耀眼的宝石，牢牢地、小心翼翼地守护在你的心里。

现在，并将持续一段时间，有许多干扰和恐惧，试图使你偏离轨道，不要理会它们。绝大多数人不可能的看到有多少人被你冷静和坚定的神态所感染。你不会看到自己对家人，甚至是那些已经逝去、未曾谋面的家人的影响；你不会看到自己的一言一笑对所遇朋友的强烈影响。看到与否，那一切都是真的。

再次提醒，要坚持下去。以你们所在维度的时间概念，你只须再坚持一眨眼的功夫。

【A message From AA Michael】把握心性，控制好自己的情绪 Stay in your center and maintain control of your emotions

今天，我想以老朋友的身份和你们谈谈。

.

面临下周宇宙和太阳的能量爆炸，努力把握好心性，控制自己的情绪，对你们每个人来说都是非常重要的。有时，你们可能会感到特别的不稳定。一些你们认为早已解决的事情，可能会重现于你们的生活中。只需体察那些残余能量永远地离你而去。纵然记忆犹存，它们以后也不会再困扰你了。

还要认识到，上面的经验，也是很重要的课程。向心内寻觅对这次学习的感激和对残余能量离去的祝福。感谢走过漫漫曲径，终于蹒跚至此的你，让自己有了这次契机。

再有，我们要指出的是：从现在开始，当你的周围呈现出一种疯狂的状态时，如果能每天尽一切努力保持平静的话，你将受益匪浅。很多一直是你每天生活一部分的事物，已不再有效用了，会迅速地消失。去适应这种变化很容易使人慌恐，你会看到其他人也同样地慌恐。我们要你准备好，在这种状况下，作镇定的核心。你们在自己的个人生活中，很可能曾经不得不这样做，从而学会如何保持镇定。现在，是你为他人提供这种镇定的机会了，他们需要的，不过是你所表现出的宁静。

我们要你们再回顾一下上个星期你们所想像和认为的自己。你们正被赋予把它们变成你们所谓的现实的能量。现实的情况是。。事实上。。它们已经存在，只是再抛光一下，你们在日常生活中将开始越来越多地看到这种转变。随着你们了解到你们。。实际上。。为自己创造了它们，你们会发现，把自己的意识变为“现实”所需的时间跨度将不再那么必要。曾经是你们必需的、用于阻止意念变为“现实”的控制力，其实是一个礼物。了解意念变为“现实”的过程，将教会你们自己去控制它。

我们再次敦促你感受我们在你身边。我们将继续与你同在，时时刻刻。。。

想像造物主的爱和光。。

充盈你身体的每一个细胞，

并流入太阳轮、脐轮、底轮。

随着每一次呼吸，感觉越来越强。

让它继续下行。。

接入你慈爱的母亲——地球。

想象。。它变成了根，

越来越多的根系正在向下延伸、延伸。。进入地球的心脏，

深入、再深入。。直到她的正中心，

找到她的水晶核心，紧紧地、温柔地环抱它。

感觉这种纽带，感觉母亲的能量正在滋养着繁根，并通过根系返回到你的身体。

现在，每一次呼吸，都将造物主的爱由经你的脉轮，

流入地球的核心，并从她返回你，再通过你

把对造物主的爱和感激向造物主传送。

现在感觉能量。。在不断地增强，直到它盈满外溢，流向世界的能源网。

Today we will continue, as promised, by adding a most beautiful vision of grounding into the meditation we offered in yesterday’s message.

.

You will remember that we suggested you breathe Creator’s unconditional love and light into your crown, third eye, and down into your heart.  It is at this point that we would insert a further step into this beautiful exercise.  If you can now, imagine the love and light of Creator filling every cell of your body and flowing down into your solar, sacral, and root chakras.  Feel it getting stronger with every breath.  Allow it to reach downward now, into your loving mother, Earth.  Imagine it becoming roots, a growing system of roots reaching down, down, and down further and further into the heart of your planet, reaching deep, deep into the very center of her, finding her crystal core and wrapping firmly and lovingly around it.

.

Feel this bond.  Feel the energy of the mother feeding the roots now and traveling back up into your body.  Each breath is now moving love both down from Creator, through you, and into the core of the earth, and back from her, through you, and to Creator in love and gratitude.  Now feel the energy continue to build until it cannot be contained and flows outward into the energy grid of the world.  Feel it expanding and seeking every place where light and love can be of help.  Send with your intent now more light, more love.  Each breath in, more light, more love.  Each breath out, more light, more love.

.

Feel it raising the entire energy field of the world into one of love and light.  See the areas of shadow fill with light.  Hold this for as long as you like.  Expand it as much as you can.  You will find it is not necessary to specify any particular changes.  The light and love of Creator is perfect and perfectly capable of raising all.  All you need do is bring it through you.

.

Allow, in deepest gratitude, that it make, in you, all the changes which are necessary or that you desire.  So will it be done in the highest and best way, for the good of all, if you allow it thus.

.

What we have done with this meditation is reinforce the energy flow that already exists.  It is one of the functions of your being here.  It is not new, but we love its beautiful imagery.  This circle that we established has been revered by many peoples across your planet for thousands of years.  You will find its symbols everywhere.

.

You will find much benefit in using this every day.  We will aid in the flow of love and light which you create.  Your intent to share it with all will insure greater benefit to yourselves.  Feel this, along with our presence, as you next center and ground yourselves.

【A message From AA Michael】一个对于你们未来的精准预测An absolute prediction of your future

想知道你的未来吗？

这里有一个精准的预测方法：

现在的状况，是你过去意识言行的直接结果；

你的未来，必将是你现在意识言行的直接结果。

因此，如果你想知道自己的未来如何，就看你当下的意识言行。

 

We speak once again, dear friends.  Our conversation today will concern your desire to know your future.  We will begin by giving you an absolute prediction of your future, one that will never fail.

 

You will return to your Creator’s unconditional love and oneness.  You will bring with you, as rich gifts, all that you have experienced.

 

Yes, we know that your desire is to know something that is, as you would term it, a little more concrete.  But first, let us point out that your concrete is not the solid, unchangeable substance you imagine it to be.  Your science has at last begun to see this and the knowledge has reached very far into your consciousness.  Every molecule and every atom and particle are forever in a state of change.

 

Let us play a little today and discover why we do not give you predictions of your future very often.  We do, we admit, give very general ones that have reached the point of being probabilities, even inevitabilities.  But these do not satisfy your thirst to know the future, do they?  That is alright, by the way, because you are only expressing your immense drive for change and improvement.

 

We set before you now a huge banquet table.  Around the table sit seven billion dear souls waiting for the future to appear.  Ah!  Here comes Time, and he produces a huge needlework table cloth.  As he spreads it across the table in front of you, he announces that this is your future, spread out in front of you for all to see.  It is beautiful and perfect.  It has taken Time an eternity to produce and in fact has only reached its present state at this moment.

 

Now, dear heart, look down at the edge of the cloth before you.  You will see a fringe of delicate threads.  Please take one thread in your fingers.  Gently, or not, as you feel guided, pull on your thread.  You may pull up, down, left, right, hard, softly, any way that you choose at this moment.  Watch the entire table.  Do you see that what you choose to do changes each and every point of the beautiful patterns before you?  Let us also point out that there are now seven billion other souls pulling on their threads, as well.  Each is pulling according to their dreams, intentions, and understandings.  Now we present you with a little question.  What will the pattern look like a moment from now?  In five minutes?  An hour?  You can make some general predictions, correct?

 

Our point is that, in each moment, with each change that occurs, you who are the divine change-makers, are makings choices, decisions, and intentions which determine what the future will be.  Some of them will produce minor variations.  Others will result in great change.  All of them will lead you home.

 

We do not say that you should not ask to know.  Your curiosity is a product of your drive to know, and that is a wondrous thing.  But we do ask you to learn perhaps a bit more patience.  We can remind you of one thing.  Your present is a direct result of your past, and your future will be a direct result of your present.  So in a very oriental perspective, if you want to know what your future will be, look at what you are doing in this moment.  Of course from our perspective, since we see you as one, and we see far more than what you are physically doing.  That is much easier to do, isn’t it?
